Returns & Refunds

Because every AionGifts product is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review your customization choices carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To process your claim, please email aiongifts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order details (name, email used at checkout)
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong colour, missing engraving, wrong product), please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right immediately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider.
